Our Approach
At Positive Bodymind Osteopathy, we take a whole-body approach to therapy, focusing on assessing and treating the musculoskeletal, neuro-vascular, fascial, and craniosacral systems. By addressing the underlying issues, we aim to improve mobility, enhance self-regulation/healing mechanisms, and reduce pain and discomfort.
